Ts & Cs

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. All of our prebooked couple;s may enter, if you win you will be refunded back you booking deposit from Willow’s Ranch only, (this may not apply to other vendors you have booked with).
Entrants must be engaged to be married and planning a wedding.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 9am 1st July 2025, and closes 9am 31st of July (drawing the 5 entrants instantly).
All entries must be received before the closing time to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

like each vendors pages and tag people—the winners will be drawn from the tagger (note: only Instagram tags count for voting on original post).
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

5 entrants will be picked at random via a selector app on the 31st of July - couple will be contacted asap they 24hrs to let us know if they would like to participate or we will select another entrant.
The 5 couples have 5 days to send in a 1 minute video to convince public they should win.
The video’s will be shared on Willows Ranch Instagram’s page at 9am on the 8th of August (these will be deleted after competition has finished).
August 10th 9am we will run a poll through Willows Ranches Instagram voting for you favorite couple.
9am 11th of August the winners will be contacted and have 24hrs to sign contact. Or else will go to runner up.
Finally Winners will be announced on the 12th of August 9am.

5. Prize Conditions

The prize is transferable (if your name is drawn in 1 of the 5 entrants you can put a friend forward, it is non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
The prize must be used on the 20th of November 2025, and any unused portion will be forfeited.
The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the $45,000 value, including travel, accommodation, insurance, and additional services not specified in the package.

6. Publicity

By entering the giveaway, entrants grant the Vendors the right to use their names, images, wedding photos, and stories for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.

7. Liability Waiver

Willows Ranch and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize.
The giveaway is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
