What does a wedding package include?

 

Our wedding package includes exclusive use of the venue and farm for the duration of your wedding. It also includes:

  • Rustic barn, with the ability to be fully enclosed for rainy days and cooler nights

  • 2 Nights Accommodation sleeping up to 10 people (can add on extra nights $500 per night)

  • Ceremony seating - logs/benches/chairs

  • The farm for photography

  • Signing Table

  • Indoor and outdoor lighting, including outdoor festoon lights

  • Bar leaners & umbrellas for your cocktail hour

  • Rustic wooden reception tables and chairs for 160 guests indoors

  • Cake table

  • Outdoor games

  • Chiller

  • Power & water

  • Refuse disposal

The Cattleman’s Club

At Willows Ranch, our Cattleman’s Club Bar brings effortless service and country charm to your celebration. Couples can choose to run a tab for their guests or opt for pay as you go (bar is cashless but will have paywave), whatever suits your style and budget. Our friendly bar team takes care of all glassware, service, and clearing, ensuring your event stays tidy, seamless, and stress-free. Relax, raise a glass, and let us handle the rest.

How does the catering work?


Willow’s Ranch does not provide catering. We know that you want your guests to enjoy food you love, so we can provide a list of local caterers.
